The West Conference Room is used by Faculty and Staff (no student groups) for meetings and will accommodate up to 16 around a large conference table. Reservations may be made through Maria Cunningham, ext. 4802.

The Orientation Room is a classroom with long tables with chairs on one side facing the front. The room holds up to 30 comfortably and is outfitted with a laptop and projector (including a VCR/DVD) for presentations. This room may be reserved by Faculty and Staff for meetings and classes. Students may reserve the room to practice an upcoming presentation. The room is primarily used for Library Orientation Classes presented by the West Library Staff. Reservations may be made through a Reference Librarian at ext. 4802 or Sheri Parker, ext. 4821.
