When to Seek Reference Help
Patrons are encouraged to contact a librarian anytime they:

1. Need help finding appropriate resources on a particular topic, or
2. Need help establishing the scope of a topic (narrowing down a topic), or
3. Need instruction on using a particular resource, whether in paper or electronic form, or
4. Need help evaluating the resource to determine if it is acceptable for scholarly research

• Come in and talk with a Librarian at the Reference Desk (Blue desk on the first floor, under the big yellow sign)

Reference Desk Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.

Summer Reference Hours
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (The library will be closed every Friday in June and July)
